These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) are the terms and conditions upon which NOVOKW.COM (“we/us”) make this website (the “NOVOKW.COM”) available to you.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website.

Whilst we agree to use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that the website is fully operational and error-free we cannot guarantee this and, therefore accept no responsibility for any defects and/or interruption of the website and shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which renders the provision of the website impossible or impractical.
General
1. We reserve the right to supplement and amend the Terms and Conditions on which you are permitted access NOVOKW.COM from time to time. We will post any changes on the website and it is your responsibility as a customer to review the Terms and Conditions on each occasion you access the website. Changes will be effective immediately after the posting of any such change and all subsequent dealings between you and us shall be on the new Terms and Conditions.
2. Additionally, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate access to the website at any time.
3. We shall only use personal data received from you for the purpose of fulfilling our obligations under these Terms and Conditions and as stated in our Privacy Policy.
4. In respect of fraudulent misrepresentation, this agreement (including any documents and instruments referred to herein) supersedes all prior representations, arrangements, understandings, and agreements between you and us (whether written or oral) and sets forth the entire agreement and understanding between you and us relating to the subject matter hereof.
5. Your purchase will be deemed to have occurred in the State of Kuwait. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Kuwaiti Law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the State of Kuwait courts.

Orders & payments
1. During the order process, you will be required to provide us with your complete personal details, including accurate address, together with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details.
2. We accept payment via K-NET.
3. We accept payment via Credit Card (for abroad customers only).
4. By clicking on the ‘SUBMIT ORDER’ button at the end of the order process, you are consenting to be bound by our Terms and Conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions and appearing anywhere on website.
5. Submitting your order is subject to our acceptance of this offer. We will contact you via email, phone or Whatsapp to confirm your order details before processing your order. We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until we have come to an agreement and a payment is completed.
6. You will be contacted via Whatsapp, e-mail, or phone to confirm your order and complete payment.
Cancellation
1. Orders may be amended or cancelled up to 3 working days before the intended delivery date.
2. To amend or cancel your order, please contact our telephone number, e-mail, or Whatsapp appearing on our contact section in our website.
3. Orders may not cancel on or after the requested order delivery date.
Quality
At Novo we take the time in creating our flower arrangements to insure high quality and innovative design.
Availability
1. All products depicted on our website are available for local delivery only.
2. All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality.
3. In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order you will be notified via e-mail, phone, or Whatsapp.
4. Please note that some flowers are seasonal.
5. Some products are not available for same-day delivery unless otherwise stated.
6. Some products must be ordered at least a week in advance.
7. Advanced booking is available.
8. We recommend placing your orders early to insure availability.
Price
1. Prices are listed within the website.
2. We reserve the right to change without notice, the price, or prices of any, or all products listed on the website.
3. Prices are subject to change during peak periods and to accommodate the seasonal availability of some products.
4. Delivery charge of 1 KD is applied for orders that are less than 20 KD.
Your order’s delivery
a. Unless stated, orders are generally delivered within 1 day after receipt of payment and are delivered via our delivery driver with drop-off without signature.
b. Same-day delivery is available for particular items.
c. Please allow at least 4 hours of preparation for same-day delivery orders.
d. Orders may be placed and delivery may be booked in advance.
e. Delivery fees of 1 KD are applicable for orders less than 20 KWD.
f. Free delivery is only applied for orders of a total of 20 KWD and above for the same (one) delivery address.
g. In the case where you have more than one order, you need to submit each order separately.
h. Please include complete and accurate information for both the payer and recipient.
